This notice explains how Raghav Industries, operating under the brand Raghav Pipes and Tanks, handles information when you communicate with us on WhatsApp at +91 9031600107. It also applies to our Meta application, Raghav Pipes and Tanks.
Raghav Industries is based at Donar Industrial Area, Darbhanga, Bihar, India. This notice covers our WhatsApp business communications; it does not describe every activity on our website or the services of WhatsApp itself.
1. Information we receive
- Your WhatsApp phone number or business-scoped identifier, profile name and other contact details you provide.
- Messages and any images, documents, audio, location details or other information you choose to send to our business.
- Business details you share, such as your shop name, enquiry, product requirements, order references, delivery details or service request.
- Message identifiers, timestamps and delivery, read or failure notifications provided by WhatsApp.
Our integration receives communications involving our business. It does not request access to unrelated private conversations on your device. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, full payment-card or bank-account numbers, government identity documents, or other sensitive information through this channel.
2. Why we use this information
We use this information to respond to enquiries; discuss products, quotations and dealership requests; handle orders, deliveries, warranty and support matters; maintain relevant business records; and operate and troubleshoot our messaging service.
Contacting us with an enquiry does not by itself enrol you in promotional messaging. Promotional WhatsApp communications require an appropriate opt-in. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages by sending STOP or contacting us using the details below.
3. Who processes the information
Relevant authorised Raghav Industries personnel may access a conversation to handle your request. WhatsApp/Meta provides the messaging platform. We use n8n workflow software hosted on Railway; incoming event data may be recorded in workflow execution logs. Our hosting and messaging providers process information as needed to deliver their services and may operate outside India.
We do not sell WhatsApp conversation data or share one customer’s private conversation with another customer. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect lawful rights. WhatsApp’s own processing is described in its Privacy Policy.
4. Retention and security
We retain information according to the purpose of the conversation, the ongoing business relationship, record-keeping requirements and any unresolved service or dispute matter. We will delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. A deletion request may be subject to records that must be retained for a lawful reason.
We use access controls and secured connections for the integration. No online system can guarantee complete security.
5. Your choices and data-deletion requests
You can ask to access, correct or delete information that Raghav Industries holds about your WhatsApp communications, withdraw permission for optional communications, or raise a privacy concern.
- Email info@raghavpipes.com with the subject WhatsApp data deletion request, or send your request to +91 9031600107.
- Include the WhatsApp number you used and enough context to identify the relevant conversation or records. Do not send identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
- We may verify control of the relevant number before acting. We will review the request, explain any records that need to be retained, and confirm the outcome.
Deleting information from our systems does not delete copies held on your own device, by other recipients, or independently by WhatsApp/Meta. You can use WhatsApp’s settings to manage its services and privacy choices.
